Know Before You Go

  • As you plan your travel to campus, please remember that the area surrounding the Marriott Center will be quite busy. We recommend that you arrange your travel time to allow you to find parking in advance of the event. Parking to the north of the Marriott Center will be open, but is limited. Additional parking can found south of the Marriott Center in the lots in front of the Abraham Smoot Building (after 7 p.m.), in front of the Hinckley Center (after 6 p.m.) and the Museum of Art (after 4 p.m.). Click here to access the university parking map.

  • Free public transportation is available via Utah Valley Express with stops at the Orem and Provo FrontRunner stations, and University Place Mall.

  • In accordance with the university requirement, mask-wearing indoors is required in all BYU Arts venues, regardless of vaccination status. Vaccination is not required but strongly recommended. For additional questions, please visit https://www.byu.edu/coronavirus.

  • All exterior entrances to the Marriott Center concourse will be open at 6:30 p.m. All patrons will be subject to security screening. Please have your bags open and ready, and make sure that each individual has their ticket ready to be scanned, as this will expedite your admittance.

  • All tickets this year will come via mobile delivery. For instructions on how to download, transfer or securely sell your tickets, please see the mobile ticket guide.

Tickets can be purchased 24/7 online at tickets.byu.edu. There are also two main box offices on campus. The Harris Fine Arts Center Box Office and Marriott Center box office are open daily M–F from 10 AM – 3 PM with extended hours on event nights.

Avoid fraud and overpriced tickets by purchasing tickets only from tickets.byu.edu.

  • Concessions will be available outside of Portals C, E, F and J.
